Excellence in Architectural Design Innovation and Creation Conference

Under the guidance of the China Association of Survey and Design, and organized by the Architectural Design Branch of the China Association of Survey and Design (hereinafter referred to as the "Branch"), the "Excellence in Architectural Design Innovation and Creation Conference·Shanghai Station" was held at the Tongji University Architectural Design & Research Institute (Group) Co., Ltd on November 24, 2023. More than 260 participants, including national engineering survey and design masters, leading figures in outstanding architectural design, architects from across the country and faculty and students from universities attended the conference. OPEN Construction Group participated in the conference as a partner.

OPEN has arranged abundant exhibits in the on-site display area, including metal models of shell columns and beams, 3D printed models of shell walls and cores, as well as abundant promotional materials and video demonstrations, which attracted many visitors. OPEN’s staff interacted with attendees, explained the advantages of the products in detail, and provided strong structural support to enrich the architectural design.

Zhejiang Academic Exchange Conference on Computer Application for Civil Engineering

On the same day, the 19th "Zhejiang Academic Exchange Conference on Computer Application for Civil Engineering", organized by the Computer Application Academic Committee of the Zhejiang Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture, was grandly held in Taizhou, Zhejiang. More than 200 scholars, experts and industry representatives attended the conference.

Mr. Wu Yichao, Chief Engineer of OPEN Construction Group, shared a report on CS-Frame structure at the conference. He introduced OPEN's development process and achievements in composite structures. By adopting a prefabricated construction concept, OPEN significantly improved construction efficiency. He also pointed out that the specially developed CS-Frame structure software tool also enabled fast and accurate calculations and drawings. The sharing earned the approval of the attendees.
