In recent years, OPEN has undertaken multiple commercial and green industrial building projects. "Expanding ideas through visits and promoting development through practical learning" is a learning spirit consistently adhered to by OPEN. On February 18th, the Quality and Safety Department of OPEN Construction Group organized a visit for 16 relevant personnel from the Deepening Design Department and Steel Structure Engineering Department to a certain Sci-Tech Industrial Park project and a well-known cosmetics brand factory project.

Sci-Tech Industrial Park Project

The first stop for the visiting team was the Sci-Tech Industrial Park project under construction, where they observed the on-site foundation work. The project is divided into Phase I and Phase II, with the park planning to include standard factory buildings, R&D buildings, and office buildings to meet the R&D, marketing, and headquarters needs of manufacturing enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Well-Known Cosmetics Brand Factory

The total construction area of this industrial factory project is 45,000 square meters. Upon entering the site, the visiting team was impressed by the orderly civilized construction signs, the rebar binding and welding processes that meet specifications, the placement of protective layer spacers, and the marking of steel structure axes and elevations.

After the visit, the team held a brief exchange meeting to share experiences in standardized construction processes, relevant design, construction progress, quality control, and safe and civilized construction. They also discussed common issues in project management.
