To further promote the development of the steel structure industry in China, the Forum on the Development and Innovation of New Steel Structure Systems was successfully held on December 13, 2021. The conference invited experts and scholars active in the steel structure field in research, design, and construction to present reports, focusing on the latest design and construction technology standards recently released by the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization. The forum also highlighted the latest research progress and future developments in the steel structure field.

OPEN Chairman Chen Ming delivered a report, introducing OPEN's journey of innovation, from "introducing foreign products" to "independent research and development." He shared his experiences and explorations on the path of structural innovation, discussed the R&D and practical application of the CS-Frame System, and provided insights into its improvement and promotion.
